This is a home that we built over several years with the customer doing some of the work himself It is situated on a rocky outcropping so we had to jackhammer a lot for the power, water, and septic lines The septic was an engineered mound system and was located a block from the property We did the outside shell and interior framing, plumbing, and electrical We put on the metal roof and siding We also built the detached garage that has parking on the roof area [can have building put up in the future] Did the ground work and block retaining walls
