From site preparation, to remodels, to a full scale new construction project, we are a one-stop building and design firm with proven experience to service all of your construction needs. We are a woman–owned, local business that for more than a decade has served the building and design needs of the Puget Sound Region.

Scott and Gary are lifelong friends and he has been with the company from the very beginning. He brings a great work ethic to every project and manages each project as if it were his own.

Cory has been doing septic work for over 20 years and is our certified and licensed expert at both installation and repairs. He also has extensive experience in excavation, site preparation, road construction and utilities, and is our heavy equipment operator.

Sam has a bachelor’s degree in interior design with experience in drafting. She’s the one that will be the one to guide you through decision making process on your project with design consultation services. She will be the one helping you design and manage all the phases of your build.

Kim manages accounts receivable and schedules all the appointments in the office. She handles and organizes the vast amount of paperwork that accompanies each project.

He is the production design team for every home show, but during the rest of the year he’s our official shipping and receiving department. He has over 40 years of experience in customer service.
